Stephen Loffredo


Founder and President of Seasoned Hospitality, Stephen spent the first 13 years of his career in luxury hotels before moving into the restaurant world. He created culinary success stories at Zoe in Soho; the New York Times three-star Cena, and Jovia, a New York Magazine top 50 New York restaurant, all in Manhattan. Since 2009, Seasoned Hospitality has provided consulting and management oversight in numerous projects locally and nationally. As part of the Hospitality Department, Stephen is leading the Front of House touchpoints and wine list curation for the group’s forthcoming projects.
